Refund needed but no transaction on manage purchases screen

  I have been automatically charged a 99$ renewal on a website that is no longer active but cannot request a refund as the transaction doesn’t feature on my manage purchases screen. It only appears on my Paypal statement. I only have one WordPress account with the inactive site so cannot understand why this is possible.

  I need to get the refund ASAP and helpfully wordpress has hidden all contact email addresses for customer support so I can’t make the request directly.

  Does anyone have any advice on how to get around this?
