Refund Never Processed

    Hi, I went to refund my subscription the day after it auto-renewed. I hit cancel and it said I would receive a refund, as per the instructions on the site. I never received a refund, and when I went back into my account my subscription was still active and there was no longer an option to cancel. I’ve emailed support about this and didn’t receive a response.

    I would love for someone on the support team to get in touch with me and process the refund, as I went through the steps within the refund time-frame and the charge didn’t change on my credit card.
