Refund never received

  I was to receive a refund and it never has hit our credit card. (Below is the email I received 2/18/2016 stating we would receive a $86.00 refund.

  WordPress.com Premium on https://headstartwashcoportalorg.wordpress.com
  The following products contained in the plan will be removed from your site:
  • 10GB
  • No Ads
