Refund never received

  My account was charged $48 on 5/5/19 and I requested a cancellation and refund on 5/6/19 which was acknowledged but my account has not been credited the $48 and it is well over the 7-10 refund period. There is no direct way to contact customer service on the website to get an answer or question the delay

  I can see that we refunded $48 on 2019-05-05. Typically this does only take about ten days to reach you. Of course, each bank has individual processing times. Can you ask them when to expect the funds released in to your account? They can provide that information. We’ve sent the money back to them already.
