Refund nit recieved

    Hi there!

    I’ve just checked and confirmed that a full refund was issued on our end successfully on January 2, 2023. Can you check if the original transaction is still there on your card/bank statement?

    Some banks/credit card companies remove the original transaction when there’s a refund instead of posting a separate ‘refund’ transaction on the statement. That’s why I suggest looking to see if the original payment is still there.

    If you see it’s still there, and you haven’t received the refund yet, please contact your bank/credit card issuer and ask them about the status of the refund. Based on all I can see, the refund was issued successfully from our end.
