Howdy,
I’m seeing a refund as having been processed today. So you should be all set. Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up withing 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.
Let us know if anything is unclear or you have any further questions.

hello,
yes I know that a refund can take up to 7-10 days.
But my question was about the card I used to pay the first time , it is unvalid now (expired), it is an issue for the refund or not ?
Thank you

Hi there,

We can only issue a refund to the same card that was originally used for the payment. If your card has replaced with a new one, the card issuer/bank will generally add the funds to the new card.
Please reach out to the card issuer/bank to inquire further about this and they can help you out further. :)
Feel free to let us know if there’s anything else you need and we’ll be happy to help.
