Refund not complete

I ended my WordPress experiment, and requested a complete refund. I see that $55 was refunded, but not the additional $99. I have the e-mail saying it was refunded, but it doesn’t show up in my credit card account. Can you please make sure that the full refund was completed, and confirm that for me.

Do you intend to use the domain on another site?
Or do you wish to completely give up ownership of it?It is important to know that cancelled domains are not released by the registrar immediately. Also note that here’s no guarantee you’ll be able to use a domain again as it may be sold to someone else. Therefore you should cancel a domain, if and only if, you are sure you do not wish to use it again.

I see that two refunds were processed upon the cancellation of your upgrade. Payments can take as long as two weeks to process. If you don’t see both refunds by two weeks from the refund date please contact support here: https://wordpress.com/help/contact
