refund not credited in my account

    Hi there,

    Refunds take up to ten business days to be returned to your account, and it can sometimes take longer with non-US banks. We issued your refund only yesterday.

    Please be patient for your bank to process this on their end. If you still haven’t received it after about two weeks, please contact them directly to enquire about this.
