  Hi, how can I go about seeing what that status of my refund is? It has been 10 days now. Thank you.

  Thanks for getting in touch! I’m showing that you requested the cancellation before your bank transferred funds to us. Therefore, a refund would not have been issued; instead, your bank would have likely removed the temporary charge from your account. Consequently, you need to check with them to follow up on that cancelled transaction.
