Refund not done

  I was supposed to get a refund but I have not received it yet. I have contacted my bank but they said that they have debited the refund after crediting it and I do have evidence to show.I would like to talk to the customer support ,but all I am getting is this forum. You cheat , I better get what I deserve.

  Hi there,

  Refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement.

  Still
  You can see a receipt for the refund with a transaction number from your billing history:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  If you haven’t received the refund yet, please follow up directly with your bank, and give them the transaction ID from the refund receipt as a reference.

  Hi there,

  We issued your refund on 1 December. You can see the receipt at the link @neelgajjar provided above.

  Once we issue a refund it’s out of our control, and it depends on your bank or credit card company’s processes how long it takes for the refund to reflect on your statement, so please follow up with them directly if you don’t see your refund there yet.
