Refund not in my account

  I requested a refund for an upgrade that no longer am requesting. I have not seen the refund in my account. I processed the refund over almost two weeks ago.

  Our records show that you made the refund on 1/30 and it usually takes 7-10 business days for your refund to reflect on your bank statement.

  Therefore, February 12th will be the 10th business day. If you do not see the refund in your account by that time, please let me know and I will look further into the process for you.

  It says that it takes 7 days to receive a refund for cancelling premium. I still have not received the refund.
