I have cancelled my domain auto-subscription within the 30 day window. I also did not receive any email reminding me that this purchase was scheduled. The charge was billed on April 1st. I have not received an email regarding a refund either.

We have absolutely no history of domains, purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.
What is the domain you’re referring to?

The domain, adequate-nutrition.com, belongs to a completely different account than the one you’re using to post here, and has not been cancelled.
Please log out of the
arosikaccount, and log back in as the username you used to buy that upgrade. Then you can contact live chat support at https://wordpress.com/help/contact for help cancelling the upgrades.If you don’t remember the login details for the correct account, you can use the PayPal transaction ID from your receipt to regain access to the account via our account recovery form:
