Refund not issued

    I was given a refund of a total of $67 that was pending in my bank account. I checked my bank account yesterday and today and have not received my supposed refund for this.

    The refund for the upgrade was processed on 4/20. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement. I would continue to check your bank over the next several days to confirm that it is posted.
