Refund not issued

    I cancelled my plan that came with a domain and stopped the domain transfer from my originating registrar the same day I purchased the plan with the free domain.
    Because the domain transfer did not proceed, I am entitled to the $13 cost of domain refunded to me.
    Please advise how to proceed receiving my refund. I cancelled my plan and transfer the same day that I purchased it, so within the time frame to be eligible for a refund.
