Refund not made

Good evening,
I realized that the reimbursement that should have been made a few months ago, appears as a fact but I have not received anything in my bank account, I would like to be able to recover my funds please, thank you.
The purchase was made on December 16, 2016 and appears to be repaid on December 18, 2016 but I did not receive anything on my bank account.

Hi there,
From looking at your account I can your plan was cancelled and refunded on 18-Dec-2016. I realise this was a few weeks ago now.
Refunds usually take a week to process and show up on your statement, however international refunds (outside of the US) can sometimes take a little longer. Can you check your statement for refunds in the 14 day period after your refund was issued?
If you still can’t see a refund, come back to me and I’ll look into it further.

I have spoken to our payments team and they have confirmed that the refund was sent to you and there were no issues in the process.
The refund was made the same day the purchase was made. Can you check to see if the original charge is still listed on your statement? Sometimes when a purchase is made and then refunded in quick succession, the original charge is removed from the statement rather than showing as refunded.

That’s correct, yes. It would be a good idea to speak to your bank next. You can tell them that the refunds have left our system and quote the transaction IDs on the receipts in your Billing History (please do not post these to the forums). This information will help them find the transactions and they should be able to tell you if they are still processing the refunds.
I’d be interested to hear what they say.

Hello,
I call my bank this morning they confirm that they have the transaction ID of the payment when I pay for my site but they do not have transaction IDs in progress nor finalized regarding the refund which Should have taken place. They told me to contact you to receive the funds and they remain at my disposal to follow the progress of the refund.
