Refund not made

    I began a personal blog, then within 24 abandoned it. I was told there would be a refund, but I do not see it on my credit card statement. When will this refund take place?

    Hi @eleanorsky, I can see the refund was sent. It can take several business days for that to route back properly and appear on your statement, and then sometimes different banks/card companies will display that in different ways.

    If after 2 weeks you still don’t see the refund on your account, please contact the bank directly to confirm it wasn’t voided, then contact us here.
