Refund not paid (within 30 day trial period)

I tried to cancel an upgrade on my wordpress account and there was a mix-up in getting the full refund (was within the 30 day free trial period). I upgraded initially to premium then to business on the same day, afterwards I decided to go through wordpress.org so I cancelled the business account and premium but was only refunded for the business not the premium though i was charged for both. I have a screenshot from my card statement which I am happy to attach if needed, Please reply asap. Thanks in advance.

If you purchased a domain name via wordpress.com Staff need to know whether or not you want to keep the domain name and use it on another site.

Exactly which username account purchased the upgrade?
Exactly which underlying .wordpress.COM blog was the upgrade purchased for?
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

I did not purchase a domain name through wordpress.com, I did so through wordpress.org (hosted by bluehost) and re-created the site, the purpose was to add on plugins etc. The username and admin for the wordpress.com account is this account that I am posting from (craigturnersdg).
The account upgrade was purchased for sdgsite.wordpress.com.
I think the issue was because I upgraded twice in one day and was charged the full amount for both (not the difference between premium and business) but only refunded for the business price. -
