refund not processed?

Hello I upgraded my account to basic this morning, then realized I needed more features and upgraded to the next level. My own fault, I realized that did not have what I needed either so I canceled. I only received a refund for the second transaction, not both and am now back to the free plan. How do I get the refund of the first transaction? Please advise.
