  Hi there,

  I was to get a refund credited to my account for 396.00 and it hasnt gone through yet

  Refunds usually take around 10-12 business days to show up in your statement.

  Hi there,

  We processed your refund on 17 September. You can see the receipt with a transaction ID from our payment processor here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  As mentioned above, it takes up to ten business days for a refund to appear in your account, and that depends on the processing times at your bank. So far there has only been two business days since 17 September, so it’s completely normal that you’re not seeing that in your bank account yet.

  If you haven’t received the refund in two weeks’ time, please follow up with your bank and provide them with that transaction ID so they can check for the refund on their system. If they need a ARN number, let us know and we can send you that via email.
