  I cancelled this within a day but have still been charged £15 when I never started the domain transfer process?

  Hi there!

  It looks like you didn’t properly cancel the domain transfer under your account before you cancelled/refunded your plan.

  I went ahead and refunded the remainder for you. Please note it may take 7-10 days for the credit to show up in your bank account.
