Refund not processed – AI support unhelpful

    Hi, I’m looking to speak to an agent regarding a refund that was apparently processed on your side, but never appeared in my bank account, it has been well over a month and funds still haven’t appeared.

    The AI support agent keeps going in a loop saying human support is only available for paid plans so I’m unable to talk to a human to request my funds.

    I’d like to get in touch with a member of the team to discuss this please
