I cancelled my subscription on a business account purchase and requested for a refund within the 14 day period and still haven’t received my funds yet. No chat support or a way to contact a support member directly. Someone please help.

Hi there, I can see the refund was sent. It can take several business days for that to route back properly and appear on your statement.
If after 2 weeks you still don’t see the refund on your account, we can provide ARN info which you can use to find the refund with your bank.

I can confirm the refund was sent on August 13. It will need time to route back to your bank, though.
