Refund not received

    I cancelled a WordPress Personal upgrade 12 days ago but have still not received the £30 refund.

    Could you please check and process the refund ASAP? Thank you

    Howdy!

    I see that there was a refund for £30.00 initiated on 11/15. Typically, this should post into your account within 7 business days. It will be posted into the account originally used for payment on WordPress.com. Have you been in touch with your bank about the delay?
