Refund not received

I have registered domaine at your site Thursday, May 11th 2017 at approximately 21:00 and I have purchased personal plan at the same time. I have cancelled the personal plan and domain at 23:30 Friday, May 12th 2017 and yet I have received only refund for personal plan and no refund for domain. Why is that?

Do you intend to use the domain on another site?
Or do you wish to completely give up ownership of it?It is important to know that cancelled domains are not released by the registrar immediately. Also note that here’s no guarantee you’ll be able to use a domain again as it may be sold to someone else. Therefore you should cancel a domain, if and only if, you are sure you do not wish to use it again.

hi @quardel! I see that you’ve unsubscribed from all of your upgrades and cancelled your domain within the cancellation period. The first portion of your refund was completed automatically. I just processed the remainder of your refund. It can take up to two weeks for refunds to show up in your account. If you don’t see the additional refund by two weeks from today please let us know.
