Plans can be refunded within 30 days of purchase and domains within 48 hours of registration.

Our system shows we issued a $129 refund on July 26, 2017. You can view a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

A refund has been sent from our end so the next step is to contact your bank and ask if there are any processing delays at their end — processing times vary from bank to bank and international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer in some cases.
The transaction ID on the refund receipt will help your bank locate the refund on their system.
