Refund not received

Hey,
I purchased a Premium Hosting Plan on 10th March 2018 which cost 4200 INR
and further i canceled the plan on 11th March 2018 and not recevied the ‘REFUND’ till now. It’s been 12 days not and still I am not getting the ‘Refund’.

i have seen the previous thread that you opened a week before about refund staff had already replied there that they have initiated the refund from there side you can have a look here
