Refund not received

    I was charged as i wanted a new domain name and other plug ins so i bought a personal account. After discovering i needed business for transactional freedom i reverted the payment. I haven’t received the refund yet. Please help.

    Hi there,

    I can see we issued the refund on May 9, 2018. You can see a receipt for the refund here:

    Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.

    I’m sick and tired of not getting answers to questions. I get an email asking how I’d rate their support. I’m mentally disabled, have $19 period and I can’t get the $26 I was charged and no site. I do not want the site. That is why I opted to NOT renew with payments.. This is 4th attempt. Going to need some help

    @pleasenotawesome I can see you were refunded as well. If you still don’t see the refund, please check with your bank.
