Refund not received

    Hi,
    I checked my bank account and it seems that the refund for the amount of 168 shekels was not received as promised.
    I will appreciate it if you could check what went wrong.

    Hi,

    After processing, refunds usually take about ten days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

    Hi there,

    We issued your refund on 21 May. If it is not reflecting in your bank account yet, please contact your bank to follow up. We have no control over how long banks take to process refunds on their end.
