Refund not received

    Good morning,

    On June 27th I requested to cancel my wordpress purchase as I have no use for the service for personal reasons. I have not yet received my refund of $48. Kindly assist

    Hi there,

    Usually, the refunds take time of 10 days to appear in your Bank or Card statement, once you cancel the purchase.

    Hi lexikuyler21,

    I’ve checked your account and a full refund was sent on 27th June 2018. There is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History, if you need it:

    As @vishalmukadam mentioned, refunds can take up to 10 business days to show on your statement (today marks 7 business days). If you haven’t received it after that time, please contact your bank so they can check for any delays in processing on their end.
