Refund not received

  I was notified on August 22, 2018 that ‘Your refund has been sent to the method of payment that you used for your original purchase. You will receive it in 7-10 business days.’ I have not seen the refund as of September 20, 2018.

  Hi @albertellenich, I can see your upgrades were refunded the same day they were charged, so it’s quite possible your bank simply voided them and removed them from the statement altogether. Can you check in with them to confirm?
