  I cancelled a plan and asked for a refund on 30th March, where is it please?

  Refunds usually takes around 10-12 business days to show in your account. Please check once with your bank.

  I am also tagging this thread as ‘modlook’ for staff assistance on this.

  It’s been 10 days already and my email says it would take 7-10 not 10-12 business days.

  Hi there,

  Depending on where you are located and how your bank presses these refunds, it can take a little longer htan the 7-10 ay window. I doubled check to confirm that we did release the funds back to you and to I see that did.

  Please check back tomorrow and let know if you did not see the refund on your bank statement. You can contact your bank to see if they see anything processing on their end,
