  I had cancelled And it has been 10 business days since then but my bank statements do not reflect a refund or adjustment.

  It was not properly canceled earlier, so Darnell took care of that for you a few hours ago.

  Depending on your credit card provider, it can take up to 10 days from now (though usually a lot less) to see the credit on your statement.
