Refund not received

I have purchased an upgrade for my domain last May 5 but decided to cancel it right away because I couldn’t afford to buy the annual plan. I have not received the refund until now. What should I do?

Hi @karleengaylemalate, I can see the refund was sent as a reversal. Since you cancelled immediately after purchasing, the refund may not appear at all — the entire charge might have simply been voided.
Please contact the bank directly to confirm how they would display a voided charge, then let us know if you need more help.
