  Sir, I cancelled my website a weeks before 9/10/2020. I got an email stating that I will get the refund within 7 days. Till today not received your refund amount of Rs.1920/-
  Kindly do the needful to refund the amount.

  Also, Refunds usually takes around 10-12 business days to show up in your statement.

  Hi @cosmicexports1962, we aren’t in a call center, so I removed your phone number so no one will call you pretending to be us.

  I can see the refund was initiated and completed on October 3rd. You’ll need to allow 5-10 business days for that to route back to your bank, but if you don’t see it by then, we can provide an ARN which your bank can use for tracing.
