Refund Not Received

    On Oct. 11, 2015, I had 2 purchases
    1. Oct 11, 2015. Premium Theme(schwanndendotcom.wordpress.com). 75 US dollar.
    2. Oct 11, 2015. WordPress.com Premium(schwanndendotcom.wordpress.com). 79 US dollar.

    Both of which were cancelled within 1 day (I can provide the email for your verification).

    Also in my upgrades (https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades/), I see neither purchases, so it looks like I did cancel the items.

    But it has been 8 days since I request my refund, and I have not received it on my credit card account (it is indeed charged, but not refunded). Could you help me understand what happened? Thank you very much!

    I just found out that the situation is more complicated.

    I have canceled all my purchases except one
    I have canceled 5 purchases, but the billing history only shows up 4 refunds, while my credit card only received two?

    Checking my upgrade (https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades/), all 5 purchases does not exist. Even if the refund is really delayed, where is my fifth refund? I did’t even get notified?

    It has been 8 days since I requested the refund, could you help me resolve this matter? Thank you!
