Refund not received

  Hi,

  I cancelled my subscription on the same day I did sign up and it’s been more than 13 and 12 days respectively for the two times I subscribed and cancelled and I haven’t received one refund yet. Can somebody please check and get back at the earliest.

  Hello there,

  I can see that this refund has been processed successfully.

  If it’s not appearing, it’s probably best to check with the bank as to where that may have landed on the bank statement.
