refund not received

    hi good day i cancelled the domain and plan i was with within the refund period but the money has no reflected in my account.

    Hi there,

    I see we processed a refund for you yesterday, and another one on Monday. You can see the receipts for those refunds with transaction IDs from our payment processor here:

    It can take up to ten business days for a refund to reflect in your account, and that depends on how long your bank takes to process it on their end. If you don’t see the refunds on your statement after ten business days, please contact your bank directly and provide the transaction IDs in the refund receipts so they can check the refunds on their end.
