    Thanks for getting in touch. I can see that we processed a refund of A$108.00 on September 29th, 2022. It’s best to follow up with your banking provider. Typically these only take about 10 days. They can better advise about when they’ll release the funds in to your account, some providers take up to a few billing cycles.
