Refund Not Received

    Hello. I created a site and upgraded, but shortly after I ended up cancelling my subscription. It’s been over a week now and I still have not received a refund and I was told to contact support to receive additional assistance to ensure my refund is processed.

  • Hi, I can see the refund was processed on the 30th of May. It may a while to show on your bank statements, but the refund is complete from this side.

    I’d give it 10 business days if possible, then contact your bank to see if there’s an issue with the routing. We can provide an ARN if needed.
