Refund not received

    Hi, I had to cancel unfortunately and live chat issues a refund on the 26th of December. We are now on the 6th of January and no refund has been received yet.

    I’m concerned that I can’t seem to find an email address or use live chat regarding this issue. Can someone reach out to me and help please?

    I’m seeing the refund as having been processed on our end, just as you describe, on 12/26/22. Refunds generally show up within 24 hours, but can take up to a week. And in rare cases (typically non-USA banks) even longer.

    Once the refund is processed, things are mostly out of our hands and it is up to the bank to decide when the money shows back up in your account. I would encourage you to contact your financial institution and ask them for more information.
