  • Hi there; generally we suggest allowing 10-15 working days for a refund to appear on your statement, though this does depend on your card provider. The refunds are started immediately from our side, though your card provider may display it either as money in on your statement, or alternatively the original charge may simply be removed. If it’s been more than 15 working days, we do recommend that you contact your card provider to check up on it.
