Refund not received

    Hi there, I set up a subscription on my website LetMeSpeakOCD with WordPress and cancelled it within the time frame in order to be issued a refund, however, I have not received it yet. Can you help with this, please?

    Hi there,

    I checked with our payment processor, and the refund has been processed as a reversal. This means that the original charge was most likely removed from your statement.

    You can ask your bank or card issuer for more info on that.
