Refund not received

    Hi, on June 18th I was sent an email advising I’d be getting a refund within 7-10 business days, it’s been 11 days, may I please have some assistance with getting my refund processed.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there,

    On our end we show the refund is complete, but it can sometimes be the case that your bank will not show the funds on your end even though they are returned. I have emailed you privately to share the ARN number we have for this transaction, and you can share this number with your bank, so they can locate the transaction and check on the status for you.
