Refund not received

    Hello wordpress team, in 26 October i purchased premium plan of RS 3,964.80 and after purchase i cancel my subscription within 2 hours and talk to wordpress live chat support and help me to cancel my subscription step by step and they say that your subscription is cancel and refund will we shown on your account within 7 days but today is 31 November and i didn’t receive any refund and i also lost my live chat support option because its available only on paid plans. Please refund my money to my bank account.

    Today is 31 October so you cancelled your purchase only 5 days ago. A refund usually takes 10 days. Banks outside the USA usually need a lot more of time.

    As mentioned by @staartmees it can sometimes take up to 10 days for refunds to process depending on our payment partners and your financial institution.

    I can confirm that a refund was processed on our end and will be available as soon as possible.
