hi I cancelled my creator plan before the two weeks, I received an email from you that it is successful but the refund is failing from my end .
my bank says that you initiated an authorization request for the refund instead of initiating the financial advice directly.
for me to receive the refund, my bank requested I ask you to process the refund as a Financial Advice and not as an Authorization Request.
Or request for an ARN(Acquirer Reference Number) number to enable them to do a chargeback.
please help!

I just checked our records and confirmed that we refunded $177.48 and $89.09 on April 2, 2024. Note that some banks/credit card companies may take 7-10 business days to process refunds on their end, so it’s possible they are not seeing the refund status yet.
We kept $13.92 since you didn’t cancel the domain leanwithlynn.com. The domain is active, and you can use it with another host if you prefer. Here’s how to point your domain to a different hosting provider.
For the refunds, I sent you the ARN via email. Feel free to forward those to your bank so that they can investigate it further.
