Refund not received

  Hi,

  Yesterday I purchased personal plan. then upgraded to business plan.

  after trying out for hours, I decided to cancel.

  purchases history says both payments are refunded but I don’t see them in my bank account.

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  I got one refund shown in the bank immediately. It’s not credited yet but it’s shown as pending.

  I was wondering why the other one isn’t showing.

  I will wait for 7 days.
