REFUND NOT RECEIVED

I purchased a premium WordPress website a month ago but was dissatisfied with the service. I immediately canceled my subscription and requested a refund. I received an email confirming that the refund had been processed and that the funds would be returned within 7-10 working days. However, it has now been a month, and I have yet to receive the refund. Could there be an issue causing this delay?
