refund not received

    i put in refund request this has happened before also, i put in refund request and refund was not received please make sure i get the refund this time

    I have checked your account and can confirm that you have canceled the Personal plan, and the refund has been processed as a reversal. This means that the refund was issued before the original charge was settled with the bank, so the original charge will simply disappear from your bank statement without a refund being issued.
