Refund not received

    Hi team, I have not received a refund as yet into my account for (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    Can you please advise the status of the refund

    Hello,

    “You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about a week to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it may take 5-7 business days to appear on your online bank account or in 1-2 billing statements.”

    If you have taken the appropriate steps above and it has been longer than the above stated time frame, please add the modlook tag to this post so that someone on Staff can look in to this for you. You will see the option to add a tag on the right hand side of your screen. Type the word “modlook” then add. Please be patient while waiting for someone on Staff to get back with you.

    Hi there,

    I can confirm that the refund was issued by us on 29 July. You can see a receipt for the refund, including a PayPal transaction number, on your billing history page, here:

    It could be that there’s a delay in PayPal returning the funds to your bank, or your bank themselves might still be processing the transaction, so please follow up with them directly.
