Refund Not Received Within 10 Business Days
-
I am writing to express my concern regarding the refund that I have not yet received. According to your policy, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days, however, it has been well beyond that timeframe.
The issue arises from the fact that the original charge was made on my expired card, which had expired last year. Despite this, the charge was processed successfully, leading me to believe that you have access to my updated payment information.
Given that you were able to charge from my expired card information, I naturally expected that I would be able to receive the refund through the same means. However, as this has not occurred, I am reaching out to you to understand the delay and to ensure that the refund is processed promptly.
Should I update my payment information with my new card details to expedite this process? Or is there another method by which I can expect to receive the refund?

After processing, refunds usually take about seven to ten business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
International refunds may take even longer to reach you. Your bank can tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

Hi there,
We processed your refund on the very same day you made your purchase. Due to this, your credit card provider might have treated it as a reversal, which means that the original charges may have been simply removed.
I recommend reaching out to your bank or credit card company to verify if this is the case for that charge.
